Please make sure to review your order carefully before it is submitted as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed, however we can cancel the order if a request is submitted before it processes. Please see the above details for canceling an order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
We gladly accept returns for store credit, or a refund if your product is damaged or faulty.
Items must be in original condition. Skincare products and skincare tools are final sale.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP? | SHIPPING TIMES
Our products are shipped directly from vendors/partners that we work with so we can offer you free shipping (think of us as the Amazon of Loungewear). Currently, products ship to and within the United States.

Once your order ships please check the tracking number that is issued to you via email.
Please note shipping times are delayed due to COVID. We have been seeing an average ship time of two to three weeks. You can track your order HERE.

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS
We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Douglas Lynn is not responsible for stolen or missing mail. Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking.
